Gayling joined the Board of CSFS in 2008 and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, a member of Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya and Uganda and Member of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya.
Gayling was appointed as Price Waterhouse East/Central Africa Senior Partner from 1988 to 1996 and became Price Waterhouse Africa Chairman from 1988 to 1996 and continued with PriceWaterhouseCoopers until retirement in 2002. In December 2002 Gayling joined the Eastern Africa Association, a business information service, as its Regional Representative in Nairobi. |
